When you decide to begin working with me on a sales letter, self mailer, landing page, website, email campaign or other marketing venture, I follow a specific process designed to streamline your project into a well organized and executed assignment.
- We schedule a phone appointment to discuss your project details. If several individuals are involved with your project, a conference call is an option.
- I'll need to obtain all of the background materials you have. These include existing web sites, brochures, previous direct mailings, visual presentations and competitive data. Anything that will help me fully understand you, your company, products or service.
- I almost always schedule a follow up phone interview or two with you or other staff members that can help me develop several perspectives on your products or service. Employees on the "front line" such as sales representatives or customer service reps can be very helpful during this comprehensive stage.
- All of my work is written and sent to you as a Microsoft Word document. Proofreading is included as part of my service and included in my fee.
- If revisions are needed, I provide two draft revisions within 30 days of project completion at no additional charge. There is no charge provided the revisions do not involve major changes. If major changes are needed, additional fees will be incurred.
- I am a professional copywriter, my focus is on words that sell and make you money. I am not a designer. I can work with your designer to make copy layout recommendations which is critical to the effectiveness of your project. I can also recommend an excellent team of professional Power Partners... who will help you with all of your design, advertising, website and printing needs.
- All copyrights associated with your project become yours after payment is received in full.
